We are conveniently situated in the heart of Surrey's Sullivan Heights neighbourhood and open 6 days a week. We are located next door to Sullivan Animal Hospital and have a great working relationship with their veterinarian and care staff.

We provide 24/7 supervision and security to ensure the safety and well-being of your dog. Our facility is equipped with security cameras and alarms to prevent any unauthorized access. Our staff is also trained to handle any emergency situations that may arise.

Since our daycare is included in our Boarding rates, we recommend that your dog is Neutered or Spayed to ensure their safety around other dogs in the daycare.

Important Boarding Information
*Please Read Prior to Scheduling your Boarding Appointment*
At Bark Place, we take care to ensure our facility and staff are well equipped to provide the utmost service and care for you and your favorite furry friend. In order to maintain this level of service and to gather all of the important information, we ask that you please read the following in advance of scheduling your boarding appointment.
Neutered/Spayed
We require all dogs to be neutered or spayed to ensure a safe environment as this allows them to play with other dogs without excess aggression. A rate of $100/per night will be charged if the dog(s) is not neutered or spayed. This applies to Standard boarding and Extended Boarding.
Bookings
Since each furry friend requires individualized care, we asked that you please book your boarding appointments by Email or Phone call. Our staff will be able to guide you better in the booking to ensure we have all the information needed to curate the perfect home-away-from-home care your best bark friend needs.
Cancellations
If for any reason you are needing to cancel your boarding reservation, we ask that you notify us ASAP and in advance of your scheduled check-in date.
● During Regular season we require 72 hours notice from the original check-in date to receive a refund on your deposit.
● During Peak season** we require 7 days notice from the original check-in date to receive a refund.
● To change the dates of your Boarding stay (dropping off at a later date or picking up at an earlier date) we require 72-hour notice from the original check-in date during the regular season and 7 days’ notice from the original check-in date during peak season**, otherwise you will be charged for the entire length of stay initially booked.
**Peak season includes all long weekends, Christmas Break, Spring Break and Summer Break.
Boarding Drop-off
Scheduled between Open and 12:00 pm. The reason we have a 12:00 pm cut-off is to ensure your dog is able to have a full afternoon of play with their friends before settling down for the night. Please expect to spend a few minutes at drop off to go over your dog's feeding/medication schedules, update contact information and/or changes with you and your dog's needs.
Boarding Pick-up
Drop off: Between Open and 12:00pm. If you pick-up after 12:00pm, a Late Check-out Fee of $20 per hour will be charged.

For a customized pick-up time, we offer evening pick-up on weekdays only. Please book in advance with your original appointment. Late requests will incur a fee.
