At Bark Place, we take pride in ensuring our facility and staff are well equipped to provide the utmost service and care for you and your favorite furry friend. Whether you're interested in our dog daycare services or need overnight dog boarding, we are committed to maintaining high standards. To help us provide the best experience and collect all necessary information, we kindly ask that you read the following before scheduling your boarding appointment. * DUE TO LIMITED SPACE, WE ARE ONLY ACCEPTING DOGS 40LBS / 18KG AND UNDER. *

We require all dogs to be neutered or spayed to ensure a safe environment, allowing them to enjoy dog daycare and play with other dogs without excess aggression. If the dog(s) are not neutered or spayed, a rate of $100 per night will be charged for overnight dog boarding. This policy applies to both Standard and Extended Boarding.

Since each furry friend requires individualized care, we ask that you please book your dog daycare and overnight dog boarding appointments by Email or Phone call. Our staff will be able to guide you better in the booking process to ensure we have all the information needed to curate the perfect home-away-from-home care your best bark friend needs, all while keeping our competitive pet boarding rates in mind.

If for any reason you need to cancel your boarding reservation for overnight dog boarding, we kindly ask that you notify us ASAP and in advance of your scheduled check-in date.

● During Regular season, we require 72 hours' notice from the original check-in date to receive a refund on your deposit for pet boarding rates.

● During Peak season, we require 7 days' notice from the original check-in date to receive a refund on your deposit.

● To change the dates of your boarding stay (dropping off at a later date or picking up at an earlier date), we require a 72-hour notice from the original check-in date during the regular season and 7 days' notice during peak season. Otherwise, you will be charged for the entire length of stay initially booked.

**Peak season includes all long weekends, Christmas Break, Spring Break, and Summer Break.

Scheduled between Open and 12:00 pm, our dog daycare has a cut-off time of 12:00 pm to ensure your dog can enjoy a full afternoon of play with their friends before settling down for the night. When you arrive for drop-off, please expect to spend a few minutes going over your dog's feeding and medication schedules, updating contact information, and discussing any changes regarding your dog's needs. Drop off for our dog daycare is between Open and 12:00pm. If you pick up after 12:00pm, a Late Check-out Fee of $20 per hour will apply, which is important to consider when planning for overnight dog boarding. Be sure to check our pet boarding rates for more information.

Our dog daycare services are available for both day and overnight dog boarding, ensuring your furry friends are well cared for. Please note that pet boarding rates apply for any extended stays.

For a customized pick-up time for our dog daycare and overnight dog boarding services, we offer evening pick-up on weekdays only. Please make sure to book in advance with your original appointment to avoid additional fees, especially since late requests will incur a fee. Our evening pick-up hours for pet boarding are from 6-7pm, Monday to Friday.
